Pro box sound question..

Evening all.

The old recordable box has a trick with the remote whereas you'd press the vol + button with another one (can't remember which) result being you could adjust the box's volume output - not the TV volume itself.

Is there such a "hack" for the pro box?

I have a soundbar, but also children..

@Anonymous My Pro Box is paired with my Sony TV, which recognises there is a external speaker system connected, and automatically diverts to that. So when I use the usual vol +/- buttoms on the remote, it changes the sounbar volume, there is no TV sound on.

I have a similar issue, Box Pro connected to TV by HDMI, TV connected to Soundbar by optical. In this set up the TV volume needs to be at 0. Adjusting the volume through the Box Pro adjusts the TV speaker volume, for me it would be much better if it adjusted the Box Pro volume output.

You can change whether the remote controls the Pro Box or the TV in the Bluetooth Remote setting of the Box.

Thanks, tried that yesterday and could not change it, today it worked
