    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the prompt response&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No these are programs that we have recorded many weeks/ months ago, all showed full recording times but suddenly came up failed recording. All previous recordings were affected in this way and only allowed the option to delete them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Possibly a silly question but did you perform a box reboot in case it was just a glitch in the software? Rebooting your Hub/router can also help clear problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
