Just as a quick update to the above, just put BT Sport 1 HD on, WWE Smackdown (one of my guilty pleasures!), and the picture seems fine, so no worries about that now!

Hi! Got my BT TV Pro box a few days ago, all set up easily using the Wireless option, the only thing is, now is know this may be a silly question, but since then, my Broadband speed has declined a bit, thought this was as expected as i am using that option rather than a wired connection, but is this correct, would me connecting this way impact my Broadband speed? Thought i would ask just to be sure. The other thing is, my channels, Freeview HD, Now TV(with Boost) and AMC in HD are working with a much better picture quality than before, the only thing is, to me, BT Sport does not seem as sharp as it used to be, maybe its just me and my eyesight(!), watching replays through the BT App, all seems fine, go back to say BT Sport 1, it does not seem so clear as previously with my old T2100 box? Maybe its just me and i need a another eye test!

Many Thanks!

Hi @GarryJ

You might experience difference in the picture between say the T2100 and the Box Pro particularly on SD channel content due to what and where upscaling and downscaling of pictures occurs.
As the Box Pro and indeed the (4K) T4000 depending upon the box HDMI display setting in Picture & Sound will upscale the SD or HD signal content whereas the T2100 would upscale the SD to a lesser extent and leave further upscaling to your TV to perform.
