Also looks like you have aerial in and aerial out so no need for the splitter

Pixelating TV channels (low signal strength/quality)

Hi forum,

A month or so ago, we started to notice moderate-to-severe pixelation in our TV quality via our BT TV YouView box.

Some channels are worse than others.

For some context, we have an aerial splitter in the back of the box which divides the single aerial connection from the BT TV box to another TV (in the bedroom). Maybe this is a factor, but it is curious as to why we never had this issue anytime up until one month or so ago.

Further, I'm not sure if the "TV Signal Quality" check in the BT TV Settings' considers internet connectivity as well, or if it is purely based on the external aerial, but as an FYI, the box is connected to a Deco M5 (mesh network) unit via an ethernet cable.

Here are some photos of the setup:

https://ibb.co/0BLM1NG

https://ibb.co/wwcmMBC

Can anyone advise?

Thanks,

Z

Take the splitter out and see if that solves the problem
