(Applied the software update first). Can't receive any of the TV channels due to the ipc6023 error. Tried resetting the Hub, the Pro Box, even recycling the modem (Fibre 900). Still no joy whatsoever.</P><P>Very disappointed in this! Could anybody advise me what to do?
