I’m quite new to BT TV but one niggardly problem is being able to read the name of the Sky Sports Channels on the TV Guide. A lot of channel logos on the Guide are quite small but the Now Sky Sports Channels are tiny and from the 10-11 feet that I am from the screen they are almost unreadable. Is there a way of pointing this out to BT TV or do they look at these observations.

Hi @davidhalford

If you select Settings and navigate down to ACCESSIBILITY & LANGUAGE and select Appearance you have the option to turn Channel Logos Off which will give plain text rather than logos.

You may also consider selecting High Contrast Colours .

I find it easier to work out which Now TV channel is which from the programmes being listed.
