Any likelihood of accurate schedules for 465 being provided please ?

serie A match on schedule but not being broadcast at moment

I would add that I then checked on the Bt Sport App Samsung Tv app and this also indicated HDR coverage and a live link to a Promo link rather than the a live game feed

The fact that ALL sources indicated that it was scheduled to be live on Ultimate in HDR (even after kick-off) suggests that the fault was with the video stream, rather than the schedule.
I'll try to find out from our ops guys what broke.

Confirmed - not a scheduling error. The HDR video stream was missing for the first 51 minutes - we're still investigating why.
We were aware of the issue right from kick off and updated our apps to turn off HDR within 15 minutes, but we're investigating why the set top box wasn't updated to show the SDR stream on the HDR channel (which should have happened straight away when the HDR stream was found to be missing).
