Hello

Is there a way to add extra time to the end of recordings for live events? Other boxes I've used before allowed you to add time before/after if the event was live as they often run over. I missed the end of a live show a week or so ago as it went past it's scheduled end time.

Thanks, Shane

Which doesn't always work if the EPG extends the live coverage while the recording is in progress but the recording still ends at the the original time. If only there was an Accurate Recording signal they could use. 😕

I remember in the 1990s I purchased a new video recorder with something called PDC (Programme Delivery Control). The broadcaster would start a signal when the programme started and again when it stopped, worked well. I believe it could also pause the recording during adverts but obviously, that was rarely used.
