Few Internet channels on box pro

I have recently installed a by tv box pro using internet connection as this suits our set up without having to have an aerial.

However once installed only by sport and amc channels are showing and not the full list shown online

how can this be corrected?

Hi @Mhoward7, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

What BT TV package are you subscribed to?
Try a How do I reset my BT TV box? | BT Help and check that your software is up to date.

Then check to see if you get any error message when you try to view the channels?

Hi John

we just have entertainment, then Netflix and now tv that have been linked to BT.
I just want to be able to see bbc, itv and channel 4 channels live.

tried resetting to factory settings but once all loaded back up, the same things happened.
