      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had issues with their BT Pro box where you fast forward and when it gets upto date the screen goes black?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure they've even acknowledged it as an issue. There's no formal bug reporting process &amp;amp; even when issues are acknowledged on the forums, there's only sporadic updates. It would at least be useful if when they release software maintenance updates, they published a change log so we could at least see what &lt;EM&gt;is&lt;/EM&gt; being addressed. Sadly they refuse to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't discovered already, switching channel &amp;amp; back again generally restores the picture.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Yes I had discovered how to switch channels and back to resolve. I have had a replacement box and had an engineer visit. He had never seen the problem. It’s obviously a software issue but it’s annoying that BT don’t appear to be resolving and are not making their employees aware that it’s an issue.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again for confirming I’m not going mad</description>
