TV connection to WFI

New cable has been fitted at our property by UK Power networks now the TV is not connecting with WFI.

A new cable as in a electrical supply cable? Unless you've had a fault that potentially caused damage to your internal equipment in your home I doubt that it would be related.

Perhaps the outage of supply caused some equipment to lose settings you should just be able to go thought the setup process again.
