Is it a BT TV Pro box? If so you have tried connecting it via WiFi?

Another thing you could try is unplugging all the equipment off for a few minutes and turn them all on again starting from the router and then the power line adapters followed by the Youview.

I have a YouView box connected to a BT Hub 2 through a ethernet powerline adapter. I have tried to reset my router and and YouView box many times along with the powerline adapters to then see if the YouView would connect to the internet. I have also tried a manual connect through settings as I have previously seen recommended. This has not been successful and I am not sure what to do next.

Could anyone please help?
