&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems you're having with your BT TV box.&amp;nbsp; It does sound like the box has potentially developed a fault.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details, and we'll look into this for you.       <title>Internet connection on BT TV box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, If anyone could help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been searching the internet for weeks trying to find a solution.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, I have exactly the same problem with my BT Youview box DTR-T2100.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know all is good with my broadband and network, other devices are working fine via the same ethernet feed, I have tried factory resets both on the Youview box and my home hub.&amp;nbsp; and nothing works?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have also tried to auto &amp;amp; manually connect without success??&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
