      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having issues with pairing the pro box to my app. Òpen app follow instructions the get to the screen that's says make sure box is on and press next..... once I press next the app goes back to the main screen and the process stops.&amp;nbsp; Tried both box and app restart and even re installed the app but still the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I think you need to connect your Pro Box to the wifi. To do that I think you need to remove the ethernet cable. Once you have connected to wifi you can go back to using the ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(I also connect to my Pro Box via ethernet. But I had connected the Pro Box to wifi when I first got the Pro Box).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
