TV channels in guide

After setting up my new TV box first on internet and then trying after a factory reset to use the aerial, I only get about 20 channels and none of the normal BBC or ITV. My aerial is a little weak but it worked better straight to the TV. Is the new box sensitive to the signal strength. I also don’t see any other channels like NowTV I need to go to the app. For these so can’t record.

Try forcing a manual software update from the settings menu, that usually resolves the EPG problem (even if you are confident that you already have the latest software)
