Unparing remote from TV?

I want to use my existing Samsung remote to operate my TV and the BT TV box remote just for operating my BT box as they seem to clash against each other causing my BT box to malfunction is there a way to do that?

Using your BTTV box remote control : Press purple home button >Settings(cog wheel in top right)>Bluetooth remote>Control volume and Source>Set top box

Thanks, it worked now both my TV remote and Box remote operate independently and don't clash with each other.
