    <description>The app said it was paired but the TV didn't show any mobile devices. Unpaired and re-paired in the app and guide is now showing ok.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the help!</description>

      <title>Missing channels on BT TV app schedule</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I frequently have the issue that most of the channels are missing from the BT TV&amp;nbsp; app. It usuall fixes itself in a few days, any ideas why this happens?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning, the only channels listed are 332 to 455.       <description>That's not something we've had anyone else report before.&lt;BR /&gt;Is the app paired with your BT TV box? What TV region does it show on the My TV -&amp;gt; Settings screen?</description>

      <description>Ok. Glad that's sorted it. Thanks for the response.&lt;BR /&gt;The app is supposed to recognise that the pairing has become stale - I'll get that investigated.</description>
