Hi

Have followed the advice to plugin Pro box via HDMI directly to the TV but no joy, can't get it to control the TV at all.

Should the Philips OLED807 range be compatible with the remote or are there any plans to add support for this range.

Thanks in advance

Mal4201

The process is that the TV should be identified by HDMI & then controlled by IR. Make sure you have line of sight between the remote & the TV, & view the end of the remote through a digital camera/phone while pushing a button. You should be able to see the IR LED.

You could also try a different HDMI cable into a different port on the TV.

There is unfortunately no published list of TV manufacturers supported by the Pro Box remote, so no way to know if it should indeed work. Philips TVs, like many other brands, aren't made by Philips since they sold off their TV business to a Chinese firm some time back.
