Pro Box loses sound ater pause/rewind or FF.

Hi, this issues has reappeared. When I pause, or rewind either a live pgm or a recording, the sound goes on restart. The only resolution seems to be, switching the Pro Box off and on again. V frustrating. Switching to another channel, which sometimes worked previously, does not work this time round.

These issues with the BT Bro Box are really getting quite unacceptable now. Any pause/rewind/ff results in lost of sound. Only a power off or power down will fix it. Awful.

Still awaiting the advertised (major selling point) of surround sound - my Apple tv Box switches automatically (sound and picture scene). The BT Pro Box needs manual intervention.

My old box(es) never had pb's like this, which are not a minor issue, they are a major issue in the viewing experience. Different manufacturers? Humax to Sagemcon?

Wish I had never bothered , and would advise new customrs to check reviews before considering!
