Wired Internet to bt probox

Have new Bt tv probox,keep getting not connected to Internet on wired connection in morning when switched on I have to reset smarthub2 to clear. I have swapped cables and port on hub,no problem with tv to hub only hub to probox

Is the connection via powerline adapters or direct and if direct do you have a 5/8 port hub that feeds the TV and Pro Box?

Is connected directly to Smarthub 2(4 ports) and TV & Probox these are the 2 I swapped cables
