No idea where this should go so hoping the moderator will intervene!

Because of a fibre speed upgrade my TV package ends 22/3/23 but my broadband contract ends 14/9/23. Is there any way I can synchronize these so I have the choice to leave both at the same time should I choose to do so otherwise it seems to me it gets very messy!!

I have received an email about offers to renew my TV package but who do I talk to about this for help, can not see a number anywhere.

AFAIK when you renew (or change) one part of your contract the entire package starts a new 2 year period

Thanks for the reply Jon but that is not the case here unfortunately, two seperate renewal dates.

You may find when go go to renew they will renew everything to the same date, but that would be 24 months , not the 6 months remaining

BT TV requires both, a two year contract and BT Internet. Therefore if you renew your TV contract when it expires then your Broadband contract will be extended and aligned to the same expiration date of your new TV contract.
