Can't find BT TV on BTTV PRO box

I have a bit of a problem just got BTTV set up via WiFi but I cannot find any BT TV channels on my box only freeview and NOW tv is there something I'm doing wrong

Confused, what BT channels do you want?

If you have Freeview and now TV and AMC that's the channel offering.

It says they offer euros port BT Sport BT Store AMC can only get freeview and NOW tv

If you subscribe to BT sport it should be Eurosport is included with that.

AMC should just be there. Check your account if it's not activate it.

Good morning @Dan20153 it sounds like you may have a couple of orders in progress and your TV box has arrived before your broadband has been set up.

That means that you won't see the available channels as the TV box is not connected to an active BT Broadband line.

I will send you a Private message to ask for your account number and any order numbers you may have been sent so we can find out what stage the orders are at and advise on next steps.

Haven't got any order numbers as I ordered it over the phone
