Stopped recordings

I am new to BT. I was recording 2 programs at the same time (I am on internet mode), One on BBC and one on ITV2. I turned on the box to start watching one of the programs that was recorded. I noticed then that both recordings had stopped, roughly the same time as me turning on the box. All I can see is partially recorded - is there anywhere to see why they failed?

hi Mark, thanks for posting. In internet mode, the box is able to make 2 simultaneous recordings and you should be able to watch either whilst they are in progress, but not connect to a 3rd (different) channel.

From your description, it appears the TV box was in active standby whilst recordings were in progress, and waking the box up shouldn't make a difference to those those by itself, so it would be good to see what's caused that.

I'll drop you a Private Message to get some more on the box and see if we can determine what happened.
