Manual recording on BT TV Box Pro

I've recently changed to a BT TV Box Pro. Does anyone know if it possible to set manual recordings? All I want to do is record a regular short segment of a longer radio show.

I can do it with Freesat,and wondered if it was possible with this Box, or whether I just have to record the whole programme. Many thanks.

It's not possible to set a manual recording by time and date nor can you add padding to a recording
