Hi,

I've just tired to set up a series link for 'Funny Girl' on Sky Max but when I clicked on the record button, there was no option to set up a series link for it! This is not the first time it has happened and it's annoying having to remember to record each individual episode - a series link is supposed to solve that issue.

I assume we are talking actually about Funny Woman TV series here. (Premieres on 9 feb ?)

Well without a SERIESCRID being provided in the Sky Max metadata for Funny Woman programmes series recording will not be offered. Yes there is a bit of a precedent of these issues occurring on newly launched series. It is as if not all the data is available when the programme is first scheduled in the guide.

you would need the data to be updated with a seriescrid in the EPG which Sky Max representatives may or may not do automatically or for BT TV to chase them to update.
