How to stop live tv pause.

As there is no stop button on the pro TV box remote how do I go back to where the program would be live after pausing without having to fast forward all the way to catch up?

I normally only pause live TV for short periods but when I want to resume live, I either fast forward or change channels and go back to the one I was watching

Oh if you didn't know, you can hold fast forward to jump in chunks

Yes I found that earlier when trying to work out how to do it. Seems silly there isn't just a stop button like on the old remotes.

There's a few buttons missing that would have been handy but once you get used to it's quirks, it's fine

To resume 'Live' TV from a pause, you can press the up channel followed by the down channel buttons on the F1 remote, or if you have an old remote from a G4/G5 STB the white square button (next to the record button) does work.
