BT box keeps going into maintenance mode

My BT box has being going into maintenance mode every night for the past week. Any ideas on how to fix this. Getting very annoying having to log back into all the apps, any help appreciated.

Hi, @DuncanB101 I'm sorry that shouldn't be happening, I'd recommend trying a factory reset to see if that helps. Make sure to choose the option to keep your recordings.

Hi @DuncanB101, did you get a chance to try the reset as recommended by Neil? If so did the box go into maintenance mode since then?

Sorry to hear that you are having this problem, which model of BT set top box is it that you are seeing the maint mode on?
