I’ve had the IPC6023 error for the past few days (and had on multiple occasions before), having to use my Apple TV to watch BT Sport and Now TV. This BT box seems to constantly have bugs, will definitely switch to Sky Stream when my contract is up, this is beyond a joke.

The IPC6023 error is one thing that you can't blame the BT box for, it's your broadband connection which for any one or more of numerous causes isn't processing the Multicast stream correctly.

Many people seem to think that because the apps work OK then it can't be a broadband fault but that's a false belief, the apps don't use Multicast but the BT channels do.

Ah, so it’s not my BT box that is the problem, it’s my BT broadband😂

It could be the broadband or an account setting, either way @NeilO is well familiar with this problem and I'm sure he'll get it sorted for you

Was resolved by using wired connection, rather than wifi
