      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my BT pro box is setup for IP channels and the last few days my box is constantly showing failed recordings. Also even previously recorded shows which were fine are now showing as failed. I've restarted the box but it's still the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are they still showing as failed? If so would you try a hard reset and test to see if it records ok?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes still failing, I don't understand how older recordings which recorded ok are now showing as failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wiped the box and started again, hopefully it won't happen again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this issue ever since switching to IP channels, happens multiple times which can be very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never had this issue when using an aerial. I did flag this when on the trial for IP channels but still doesn't seem to be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the recordings become corrupt and can no longer be played.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm suddenly having this issue, recordings I know were OK are now saying failed to record and my only option is delete? Frustrating</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll get a day or two of failed recordings - but it then corrects itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't check everyday so don't know if the box is stuck during those times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it seems to be a batch of all planned recordings within a time frame of many hours (maybe 2-3 days).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can I check if you are in aerial mode, or getting all TV via broadband (IP mode)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also - are those that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;were OK but now appear "failed to record" are still on your MyTV recordings page? I&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;t would be great to get a picture of how that looks today - I'll drop you a PM about that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If anyone else is seeing a similar issue, please also drop me a line with your TV Box serial number and I'll get you added to the investigation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
