Should VIP include HD & 4K? I recently switched to VIP and am being charged extra for 4K and HD.

Everything from the Big Sport and Big Entertainment packages
A Netflix Standard plan, watch unlimited movies and TV shows on two screens at the same time in Full HD
Full HD channels from BT, plus full HD channels from NOW Boost including Entertainment, Cinema and Sports channels

Eventually the agent did agree to refund the charge and remove it going forward. Just watch out if you have VIP (and previously had another package where HD is extra) that you aren't being charged for it still.

Worth also noting that I couldn't do the upgrade online, as I had done previously, and had to call. I guess this is where the error occurred.

The flexible element of the BT TV packages seems to have taken a step backwards in terms of usability and accuracy.
