Sadly no one here could help so I resorted to the live chat. They weren’t able to sort it out but gave a suggestion I could try. I unplugged the aerial from the box and did a retune. This brought up the subscription channels but none others. Then I plugged the aerial back in and did another retune and hey presto! My channel was found. Might seem insignificant but it’s one of my favourites and I wasn’t going to let it go lightly! The solution might help someone else.

I have just received a new BT box as the old one gave up and have set it all up fine. But when I went to set up,some recordings I see I have lost channel 36 - Pick. I have tried retuning to no avail. Any clues or ideas please? Thanks,
