Returned channels . Lost all bbc channels

Hi @technoidea, sorry you've lost some channels after a retune. Hopefully you've completed another retune since and got them back.

If you're still missing channels have a look at Missing Freeview channels on BT TV | BT Help and that may help you get the channels again.

Did several re-tunes to no avail . Contacted Bt help . Could not figure out the problem . Sending me a new box . Fingers crossed .

May I ask why you decided to do a retune in the first place?

Channels ( bbc only) showing number but no picture or sound. Did retune , channels vanished completely including from programme guide .
