Cancelling BT TV

Hi, I’ve been in contract for BT TV since Dec 20 and currently on BT Essentials (out of contract since Dec 22), if I cancel completely - will I be charged for return of the box? As it has currently failed and isn’t working anymore

If you get your Youview box or router after December 2019 then you will have to send it back.

You will be required to return the box, but you won't be charged to return it (the postage is free).
