      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, suddenly getting this error code on my BT box on my tv?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to open player, spent an hour or so on the phone to offshore got nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset box, software, maintenance mode,restarted router etc , won’t load player.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Player works fine on IPhone on same connection, all other on demand services work fine on Vision box , Netflix, Amazon and catch up but not BT player.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just stopped working two days ago??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
