Dear All,

I've been experiencing issues with pixelation when watching live TV and on recordings. I've had both the TV box replaced and the Hub and have had 4 engineers come round to take a look at the issue, no one seems to be able to fix it. I am streaming the TV through the Internet and there are no connection issues or network issues in the area. Is anyone able to offer some advice on how I can get rid of this problem?

Thanks

The distance from the hub to the box is ~4m away.

I've bought an ethernet cable and it has resolved the pixelation issue is 99% better.

I've got no issues with the speed, 149mb downloads, 31mb upload.

I've not got Sky Q
