    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes when I manage Netflix on bt app it asks me to sign in and then asks me to subscribe and pay - when I activate from a link it show error gathering your secure token and another link that bt gave me said to wait 24 hours but has been longer now &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like many have issues with connecting to Netflix through Bt but no clear instructions for anyone - on the chat and calls for over an hour today they said they would call back between 17:00-19:00 but nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been sent activation links and they show an error or say I have to wait 24 hours but has been saying for all week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want to watch Netflix&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you click on the hyperlink in the email or the button? strangely they link to different destinations on the email I received&lt;/P&gt;</description>
