Recording Programmes and Series Links

Hi,

We have just switched from Sky

Is the only way to record programmes and series links by using the tv guide

Is there any way of using the search function and saving programmes and series to MYTV then setting up a record function from there ?

Hi @markw64

You can set recordings in various ways.

So for example if you use the Search facility you will the get search results returned.

So for example say if you search for Frasier the result show’s initially how Frasier can be watched On Demand . However a second tab on the search results screen On Now and Later shows upcoming episodes on the linear channels. Selecting an episode and pressing the Record button on the remote will schedule that episode to record and offer you the option to record the series.

You can also set recordings using the Now and Next tiles.

You can also set up recordings for current channel programming on the home page using the Record button.

You can also set up recordings for the current programme being watched by pressing the record button.

Using the BT TV app on a mobile device paired to your BT TV box also allows you to select and schedule recordings.

(The record button on the remote is also used to add or remove ON Demand content to or from your watchlist. )
