Having problems with Prime App and ITVX App on You view box ,

Its running very slow and once you play a programme if you pause and ff or rewind it throws you out of app and when reloads you resume and exactly the same....Also ITVX app also plays up on ff or rewind and you end up with a blank screen or no sound reload ,access the app several times and will eventually play ok ..any advice greatly appreciated .

Note Prime App plays fine on other smart tv's in the house just youview giving issues, tried factory reset as suggested on another member and no difference.

Prime has always been a bit iffy on anything other than the Ultra HD box and up. I think Amazon released a new version a while back that doesn't play nicely with the older boxes and the ITVX app is just useless

Agreed

but the newest update to the pro boxes breaks prime if you have frame rate matching on.

With mine I had a HDMI HDCP sync issue. went into a loop before amazon eventually spat an error saying I had no HDCP. With the setting OFF it works fine.

Some of these bugbears are truly a pain.

ITVX is just simply diabolical. - don't get me started on that one!

Wrong logo - some think they still don't have itvx
no live fast channels
slow to use
that black screen bug was just annoying. cant FF or RW!
