      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted BT via telephone and was transferred between departments and eventually spoke to someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically BT had not added Netflix to my account as an add-on even though it was clearly on the contract that they initially sent through. They had to do this manually and resend me through an activation link, which I have received and activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
