Recordings Lost on BT Box Pro - again!

Once again all are recordings have stopped playing and we can't make any new ones.

I think we need a replacement box as this has happened several times now.

Hi @chrispw1 that's not good at all, I wonder if the hard drive has gone on the box. Have you tried a factory reset to see if that helps?

I'm pretty sure a factory reset will fix it but why do I have to keep doing this every few weeks?

I'd have to agree with you there @chrispw1 .

If you're having to reset the box every few weeks we'll need to take a look at that for you. I've dropped you a message so send over the details and we'll take it from there.
