You could get an Amazon Firestick and that will give you Disney+ as well as loads of other apps.. This is how I watch Disney+.

I use my Amazon Firesticks now more than I do the Youview box for apps.

BT TV has much less channels than Sky.

BT TV is just Now with a few extra channels that lets you record the channels.

I canceled BT TV over 14 months ago and now use Now direct with discounts. Plus my Amazon Firesticks.

Only now use the Youview box to watch Freeview channels and to at times record TV.

I have cancelled sky TV and signed up for bt tv but I am not happy. We could access disney+ on sky box as our tv (LG) don't have it in its apps. So now I pay for disney subscription but can not access it. I am also a trader and used to access cnbc on sky. I just noticed I cant access that channel either through BT. I do need to access cnbc for my work. Its a joke really as it seems I can only access freeview channels. So why I am paying for this rubbish! How can I cancel BT and go back sky? Please don't say use fire stick because the whole idea of getting BT tv is accessing everything I want on one box like sky was offering!

If you're still in your 14 day period, you can cancel by calling customer service. If you're out of this window, you can cancel but will have to pay cancellation charges.

With regards to the product not being suitable for you, you should have done your research before committing to a contract.
