BT TV error IPC6023

Since replacing router, problem with all BT Sport channels which freeze after 4/5 minutes. IPC6023 fault is then displayed.

It can be unfrozen by going to programme guide, selecting another sport channel and then switching back to original channel. It then freezes again after 4/5 mins.

Have followed advice [rebooting router, you view, mini connectors etc].

Any ideas would be appreciated.
