Does this only happen whilst you are watching one channel and recording another at the same time?

Have you tried substituting an Ethernet cable for the Wi-Fi link?

I have BT full fibre 300, BT pro box, connected via WiFi.

Recording Now channel, I get loads of pixelated issues, always on these channels.

The WiFi is stable, it stops/buffers, pixelates, very annoying. I know people will say it’s the WiFi but on a 1hr recording for example it stutters every few mins on the recording.

Watching BT sport ultra live I don’t see as many issues, so that sort of rules out the WiFi dropping intermittently. Unless it’s a Now TV issue and the BT channels are fine?

BT are going with mostly now going with internet channels, so this is a worry.

Is there anything else I can check, so to help with this issue?

Can run Ethernet because of location. Had very mixed results with powerline in past.

It’s when recorded and no one else using the box and TV is off.

Noticed last night watching Ultra and sport 1 HD, got stuttering and freezing, had to switch channel to get working.

If you can run an ethernet cable (as you said) then I would do so even if it means temporarily moving the box to make it possible. Barring this I don't know what else to suggest

Sorry I meant I “couldn’t” run a whenever cable, I wasn’t able to edit post. Router is in another room to TV.

It’s still happening as well, recording BT sport channel for example. No one watching as late at night, no one on internet at that time to
