&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting. If you check your order confirmation email it will give you all the steps you need to follow to complete the Netflix activation with BT. &amp;nbsp;You can also activate it by going onto the ‘TV and Sport’ section of My BT. You’ll be asked to enter an email address and password.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Entertainment package. However, I can't find a way of activating Netflix. The Login does not recognise my email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
