Remote not fully working

My BT remote has suddenly stopped recording & controlling volume though other functions are all fine. I've changed batteries, rebooted the box several times, reset the remote & tried to reconnect remote using the LG code (only getting to step 5 each time - it would turn off TV but not back on)

Am out of ideas - any suggestions?

Thank you for posting. Which BT TV remote do you have?

If you have the BT TV Pro Box have your tired Resetting and Pairing your remote? This pairs the remote back with the BT TV Box using Bluetooth.

Yes, I've tried that (quite a few times!) and then when I followed the second set of instructions to re-pair the remote, it worked as far as instruction 5 - I put code in, turned off tv with TV button but it would not turn it back on, the OK button option didn't work either 🙁

My BT remote isn't listed on the "which is your remote?" Page. I've tried all the different methods, but none reset the remote?

It's similar, albeit not identical to that, but the three button trick doesn't seem to do anything different

Yours is maybe silver in the middle, and the purple button is black for you? It should function the same. Does the 3 button reset not cause the light to flash 3 times?

That's right about the type but it doesn't flash when I hold the buttons down

Try AD , Sub and BTplayer buttons to reset remote.

The web page info seems to be wrong.
