      <title>UHD box stopped responding to remote</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Box has stopped responding to remote. Standby and volume&amp;nbsp; buttons still operate. Buttons on top of box also unresponsive except standby. Tried on/off, unplugged but no change. Remote has fully charged batteries. Currently showing Iast chanel viewed, and bottom bar showing what's on channel is stuck on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Blue light on box, and red recording light on&lt;/P&gt;</description>
