Remote control / box issues

Hi,

All of the function of my BT remote control are not working, just mute, volume, TV on/off.

I have switched off my BT set top box but this hasn't helped. I've tried to reset my remote by pressing power, AD and Sub together but that does not work at all.

Not sure whether it's a fault with the box or remote? My remote flashes blue when I press any key.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Hi @AQ711B, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Have a look at Solved: Source and More on BTTV Pro box remote - BT Community it was a similar problem and hopefully the information on that thread will help you resolve this.

I think that thread addresses an issue with using the BT Tv Box Pro , it seems that @AQ711B has been following reset instructions for a older generation BT Tv remote ( as some buttons mentioned are not on the bluetooth remote supplied with the box pro).

@AQ711B which remote are you using , ?

The remote works if I press the keys a million times but otherwise I'm struggling.
