      <description>&lt;P&gt;If by box, you mean your BT TV box. BT will replace it if it's faulty providing you have an active BT TV subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. Yes an older version bt youview recorder. I have a broadband package and subscribe to BT Sport. Does that make me eligible for an upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's in a contract, then it should be fine. If you're not in contract, they might ask you to take it to out a new subscription&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the info. This morning I was asked to take out an order for a new subscription although I already have one to qualify for a replacement or upgraded box. After being passed to someone else who was extremely helpful, I was told that this new order was unnecessary but since it had been made and could not be cancelled immediately, I had to wait for it to go through the system. She would then organise an upgraded box to replace the faulty basic one for which I would pay £30 but no charge for delivery. Just explaining to inform anyone else that is in the same situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
