Now TV App

I have the entertainment package for BT TV and can watch the channels live via EPG but am stuck when trying to watch on demand through the app. I have a Now TV login but it doesn’t have any subscriptions and logging in with my BT TV credentials doesn’t work either. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Hi, @Brian84 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, are you using the same email address that BT contact you on to log in to the Now TV app?

Thanks for chatting with me glad we've been able to get that type o in the email address resolved and you're now up and running with NowTV on the app.
