      <description>&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi, my Bt box has recently started to not work unless factory reset it, then for a couple days it's fine. The box is old but software is up to date. any ideas.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not getting any error messages that i can see, but if the box is allowed to go into stanby mode and then switched back on itll constantly freeze on the Youview screen. Only factory resetting sorts it out until the next time it is in standby. And the process needs to be repeated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
